Kuralta

How it works

Nothing here needs an account, a subscription or a third party to be useful on the first day.

  1. 1

    Add the bike

Frame serial, make, model, year. Serials are not VINs – there is no standard, no checksum and no length convention – so Kuralta records exactly what is stamped on the frame and never corrects it.

  2. 2

    Fit the parts

A preset kit for your discipline gets you to a working garage in one tap. Mid-life is a first-class case: every part carries a 'fitted at' field on its own sheet, so 'chain fitted at 4,200 km, bike now at 6,800' is one number rather than a ride history you have to invent.

  3. 3

    Let the clocks run

Log a ride or set the odometer, both by hand. An odometer reading is a reading, not a delta – it replaces the running total rather than adding to it, which is what makes a mid-life start honest. File import, phone recording and Strava are planned, and none of them is in the app yet.

  4. 4

    Record the work

Marking something serviced writes a history entry, not just a reset counter. Who did it, when, at what odometer, what it cost. That record is the product.

Kuralta is not released yet

It is in development and not on any app store. Leave an email and you will hear once, when there is a build worth installing.
